We've had the pleasure of working with Mark Panchaud and his team at Primespec for most of our 19 years of operation. We are UPS power specialists who have worked with small single phase UPSs, up to the largest of 3 phase solutions. They are truly a value added solution provider and have been key to keeping many of our projects moving forward over the years with the knowledge and solutions they bring to the table.
I can't even remember how long I've dealt with the Primespec team - early 2000's at least; they've always earned my business, time and time again. Though they have a wider portfolio that goes beyond my needs, I've used them for network cabling (pre-built and bulk), racking, network physical infrastructure parts (patch panels, all the various parts), the specialty cabling tools and testers, Eaton power (UPS and distribution) stuff. Lots of stock, good prices, quick to answer the phone and pick an order -- friendly local folks running a friendly family business, and I think we're blessed to have them here in KW.
