I am writing in regards to Dr. Alaire. She was not my OB, but delivered my daughter back in November. I could not speak highly enough about her care and her bedside manner. She was very friendly, and was sure to explain everything in detail, and had a great sense of humour along the way to enlighten the experience. Thank you for your amazing bedside manner :)

Dr. Lee is an amazing Gynecologist! Dr. Lee is a well informed, caring and truly supportive doctor. She takes the time to answer your questions/concerns thoroughly and makes these type of appointments that can seem lengthy and awkward, fast and relaxed.

I was referred to Dr. Lee (now located at this office) from the emergency room. Went and got my ultrasound, waited for my appt. to arrive. 3 days prior to my appt. and I get a phone call saying that a COMPLETELY UNRELATED condition - that I've never had - has allegedly 'cleared up'. I suppose whoever was interpreting the results couldn't bother themselves to actually read the referral/file - which is kind of terrifying. Our call ended shortly after correcting the receptionist regarding the condition I was *actually* referred there for. Half an hour later, I get another call informing me that a 'more urgent patient' now has my appt. - and I've been rebooked about a month and a half further out. Frankly, I'm pretty confident that my appt. slot was cancelled prematurely and filled because they thought I had a 'less serious' condition that didn't deserve follow up. I don't feel particularly comfortable going to this clinic now, because I have no confidence that my (ongoing!) medical concerns are going to be treated seriously. Doing everything in my power now to get my referral swapped over to another provider.
