Worked with them to refinish a tub and replace a tub surround. The final finish for the tub was good quality and looks great. The tub surround not so much. They damaged some of the ceiling of the shower during the installation and I've had to repair the caulking in two places already (installation less than a month ago). Also, be aware the warranty is pretty intense. You'd basically have to not use the tub to qualify as far as I can tell.

Sadly would not recommend this product to anyone, very poor product. Company said that we have to dry the tub out everyday. We have to literally use a towel to dry our tub. This is not a practical solution and is time consuming and will be difficult to keep up as we age. Now we have wet towels hanging everywhere. The entire tub was refinished and now within 8 months the tub surface is dull and the material at the bottom of the tub has turned into a gummy paste. (Home has a water softener.) Your Money is better spent in a new tub installation or a total tub surround.
Superb, professional work. From my first call Iquick, professional response), then to the date of the work, they were great. Our installer Sam was the most organized, safe, professional, and talented craftsman I have seen in years. Our old 1950's corroded tub now looks stunning. I have already highly recommend Porcelain Magic to good friends. Don't remove an old tub because the inside looks awful- let them make your old one look like a million bucks without a landfill dump! For what you get, the price is amazing.

Great job. Much cheaper than replacing a tub. Had them refinish a rental unit tub after the tenants moved out. Will use them again if any of our other units need refinishing.
