I paid 65 to have windows 10 installed on my laptop, next day it said that windows is not activated. I took it to another place and found out that the owner installs PIRATED windows. Would definitely not recommend.

2020 - My son ordered his gamming computer from Mike at PC Shop. What a machine. My son is very pleased with it. All top quality parts used. Previously have bought two desk top computers from Michael. I have had no issue with either machine. The machines are built with quality. I have also bought upgrade parts and peripherals. Michael knows a lot about computers and can answer all your questions and supply you with good machines, service and parts. I will continue to deal with Michael and PC Shop Computers and will be ordering a new desk top for my grand daughter.

Came in looking for parts for an older Intel machine, the gentleman at the counter only provided one word answers while looking at emails, then ignored me altogether. The shop is a complete mess, and you will not receive any customer service. Don't waste your time.

I took my computer to him because it kept crashing. I paid 65 and he told me he fixed it and that it was as good as new. I got it home and I couldn't even sign in. I tried for quite a while but it just kept buffering. I brought it back the next day and he told me my hard drive was shot and I needed a new one. I told him it was still under warranty so I'll take it back and get it fixed where I bought it. I asked if I could get a refund considering I paid money to have a working computer and it wasn't working. He told me he wouldn't refund my money. I have been a regular customer of his for about 14 yrs but I won't be coming back. I just think this totally wrong. Shouldn't he be trying to keep his regular customers happy? I'm certainly not happy that I paid 65 for a computer that didn't even work.
