Unfortunately I have to give Owers 1 star. I called to explain I had really hurt my back and it was to the point where I couldn't walk straight. I was in a lot of pain and after having seen my doctor, was told it was a tilted pelvis. I called to ask if I could have an adjustment that day. My husband came home from work to watch our 1 year old so I could go, as this was my first time, I knew from previous experience with my last chiropractor that the initial appointment is quite long. They agreed to take me. I drove myself in pain, walked up the stairs and after over an hour of the paperwork, talking through the paperwork and getting on and off the table for range of motion exercises.. they asked me to come back the following day. I asked if I could have the adjustment ( as that is what I thought was happening ) and they said no, to come back the next day. When I explained that my husband couldn't take another day to watch our baby while I went, they just gave me other days to choose from. So I had to spend 100 for this initial intake and had nothing done. In pain I left and went elsewhere, where I was adjusted the same day. If they had of been forthcoming about that on the phone, I would have continued to look elsewhere but I felt my time and money was wasted.
