had them waterproof my foundation to eliminate a wet basement issue. squeezed their equipment into my backyard and dug up the entirety of my back foundation. waterproofed, new weepers. did an excellent job. very professional and thorough. if i had known how easy and reasonable it was going to be i would have done it years ago. very happy with the work. would certainly recommend them.

Marc and I installed a large geothermal system in the fall of 2019. The hard, hard clay made it take longer than either of us expected, which led to some scheduling conflicts. Marc handled this well and got everything finished with only a small delay. He was well prepared, worked long hours and at times went above and beyond to ensure a professional result. After having three previous contractors guess what is causing a leak through my garage wall, Mark determined in 10 min. where and how the leak was occurring. By simply placing a small twig in a hole at the base of the front wall, he was able to demonstrate very quickly the primary entry point of rainwater. We hired Mark to remove our inground pool and he did an excellent job. He finished on time and on budget. He rebuilt our walk way and it came out better than we expected. We were very happy with him and his worker.
I hired Mark and Eric (hope I spelt your names correctly guys). For a fairly large (by home owner standards) 3 phase project last summer (2020). Although we started 4 months late (due to covid not due to Osborne Construction) they still managed to get everything done that we seeked out and a lot more. Mark is the proprietor of the company and I have to say, I wish that I was as smart and ambitious as he is when I was his age. This is not a fly by night operation, Mark, is very organized and he reinvests a lot of his profits back into his company and I really feel that he is going to make it big. If you want a contractor that shows up on time, puts in a real days work, doesn't show up wasted, and cares about his work then he is your guy. Eric, his right hand man, is also a an awesome guy, he is polite, knowledagble and hard wprking, he is a real asset to Osborne Construction. Don't get fooled by cheap rates or a smooth talker. Give Osborne Construction a call for your excavation and other needs.
