Subpar management very little attention to detail. Inside office staff runs off closed door policies so you hear stuff from third parties, lack of respect for appreciation of work. Very minor diversity unless its part time temp staff, hypocritical management that will give you advice they don't follow themselves. Lack of following through issues to get them resolved, meaning there's to much procrastination. Very minimum pay and horrible bonus structure. Don't work here, unless you are desperate, insect / bug issues as well.
