Honestly don't know if they do this on purpose or not but when the driving instructor is constantly taking calls or making calls while teaching you, I find it very disrespectful. The driving instructor will raise his voice at you for small things, yet they are distracted on their phones? They are supposed to be teaching you. Also I find it shady when I used Visa once and the instructor called another instructor bc he didn't have a machine with him? They should come prepared. I didn't think at first but I pretty much gave my card info over the phone while both instructors were listening on the call. Scam/identity theft? Or is it not. Shady as heck anyways. Just a warning. Not only that, the first many appointments I had booked, driver never showed up and no follow up whatsoever. I do not think these instructors are professional at all. Has anyone had the same problem?

I liked both the in class and in Car lessons. There was presentations using power point, and video presentations about important things in driving. As a new driver in Canada, those helped me to get know about the rules and regulations. There where also other interactive in class lessons too. In in-car lessons, you will get the hours completely you agreed for. I had some occasions where they had to cancel. But they inform you about it and will change it to another conviniet time. The most I liked is the fact that I had driving test on the next day, and previous day was snow storm. There was no other time was free for me to practice, except the time where snow and wind was blowing heavy. I let him know that, and asked him if if he could come. He said that snow is heavy but if I still wanted to practice, he will come. He came and we practiced. It was a very good experience for me to practice with such an experienced driver, who could guide you through snow storm safely. If you have any questions he is very happy to clarify it. I recommend Onroad Driving School, for a new driver as well as a driver who is experienced in some other country and want to take licence in Ontario, Canada.
Got my G2 a month ago with Onroad. The instructor is patient and reliable.They not only teach you how to pass the road test but also how to drive safely. In-class and in-car lesson both have flexible schedule so you can always find time slots that fit your own schedule. Great learning experience!
I would not pass any of my tests (G2 and G) without Keflet's instructions. He is a great instructor who hits the point directly and does not waste your time. He knows what he is doing very well and master his materials. For sure, I recommend this school for those who want to pass road tests from the first try. Just listen to your instructor carefully, follow the instructions and DO IT!
Keflet is an amazing driving instructor. He always encourages to do better. If you take driving lesson from him, you can pass the road test in your first attempt. I really appreciate his constructive feedback and punctuality.
I passed my G2 license today! My instructor is Keflet. He is a very good teacher with lots of patience. I like how he gave clear explanations when I asked him questions. Also, he not only teaches the techniques required in G2 test, but also shows you more that will be used in your daily driving. My confidence on driving has been built up here. Thank you so much! I will come back to learn for G license soon.
Excellent experience! My G1 was expiring soon but Khalif made sure to register me in time and we practiced for a bit. He was very honest and told me I did not need more practice after seeing I was okay driving. Excellent experience, would recommend.
DO NOT TRUST ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ON THIS DRIVING SCHOOL. My experience with this driving school was AWFUL. During one of my in-car lessons, I was blocked in by an angry resident of the street we were practicing on. It turned out that my instructor had broken a by-law restricting driving schools from teaching students on that street. The police ended up coming and it was a huge fiasco - definitely terrifying to someone who was just starting to drive. That driving instructor later went on to challenge the large fine in court and I was subpoenaed as a witness. It was awful and took up a huge chunk of my day. Not only that, but the instructor seemed to make several *advances* towards me which made me very uncomfortable. After the whole police situation, I requested another driving instructor from the school. No matter which instructor I booked with, they were almost always 10 minutes to an hour late - it seems like they forgot I even had a lesson booked. During one of my lessons, my instructor asked me to pull over to the side of the road and I did, thinking it was practice for the road test. Upon pulling over, a young woman came out of the house and got in the car. The instructor then told me to drive around while he showed her how to book her driving test online... I didn't realize that I was paying them to be a chauffeur. During other lessons, the instructors would be talking on their cellphones almost non-stop. At the end of my in-car training, the instructor asked me to pull out my phone and leave a five-star review for the driving school. I felt extremely uncomfortable and pressured to leave a positive review as he kept saying "What are you writing? Can I see?" DO NOT TRUST ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ON THIS DRIVING SCHOOL. Once again, an awful experience. Although this school offers a cheap program, the experience I had is NOT worth the little money that I saved. Go with a more reputable school!
