The reason why Max Insurance Canada is often cheaper is because they have no interest in ever paying out a claim. ( My opinion ) Water line broke in my kitchen. Put in a claim thinking it was good. Financially it wouldn’t of effected me if they would of said just No. Max Canada Didn’t just say No for an Obvious claim. They also cancelled my insurance. Made it extremely hard to get other coverage when you have a “cancelled” on your insurance record. Save yourself from intimidation and verbal attacks. Use a different provider. This happened in 2017. I was suppose to receive 275 reimbursement from them canceling my contract before it was due. To this day I have not received that Cheque. Don’t think I ever will.

This insurance company is not here to have your back. They are not willing to negotiate anything, regardless of circumstance. I think their hearts are missing. Absolutely do not recommend Max Insurance.

got the right phone after 21 days. confirmed the receipt of old phone 3 times and they went to my credit card and charged it 1072.37!!! now the office confirms the have received the phone but the warehouse can't find it !!! PLEASE WRITE YOUR STORY IF YOU HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. Also apple company called me and asked me what happened to the phone since it was sent to them for repair!!! no wonder the warehouse can't find it ! that makes me wonder if the phone I have now is new or used!!! Now I'll ask my credit card company to reverse the charge and never deal with these company again!
