From the help of Jordan we were able to get my mom all set up for her makeup. He was helpful, Kind, a lot of fun and made our experience so much better. He listened to what she wanted in her makeup and we had fun doing it. 10/10 service. I always love coming to Mac for the exceptional service. Will be coming back
Went in looking for the painterly paint pot, I was too shy to ask for and explain what I was looking for (forgot the name) finally got up the nerve to explain what I was looking for and the lady quickly knew what I meant. She got me the product and I have used it every day since.
Ladies are so sweet and helpful. They're really uplifting when I enter the store, which I am always greeted. I am successfully COLOR matched with just one look. I've never had what people would call a "mac horror story". If anything it's the opposite. I love coming in here.
