I have been just about everywhere in the KW region for mannies and pedis. I would love to say that you really get what you pay for. The manicures are by far the best I’ve got in 15 years and the staff are very professional and very kind could not recommend enough. Last time i got Lola (i’m bad with names) and her patience and attention to detail was amazing)
Hands down the best nail salon I’ve been to! Place is bright and clean, the nail techs and receptionist were all professional and friendly. A big shout out to Lola, she’s the best!!!!
Will always go to luxe, just came in for a pedicure after lockdown and they never do me wrong. Get my lashes done there as well. Everyone is always so nice and friendly.
I’ve been to LUXE previously for refills and had a great experience with both the quality, pricing as well as the shape. I’ve never paid more than 45 for a flawless set of nails. However I came in today for a new set and was VERY disappointed with the results. When I was in the salon they looked fine but once I got into the car, I realized two or more nails were crooked, all of them were lumpy and the nail polish was also bubbling. The worst part is I was charged 75 for this tip which is way overpriced for the quality I received. Unfortunately they’ve lost a customer. UPDATE: After posting this a LUXE manager contacted me and left me a very professional voice message. While I appreciate them reaching out I have already had my nails redone with a different provider. In light of their professionalism in customer service, and my two previous positive experiences, I am upgrading my review to 3 stars.
