Julie helped us with paint colour selections for our new fireplace surround, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! Spending just an hour with her to consider colour choices that went with the rest of our decor was time well spent. I'm certain she saved us money, time and a likely repaint in the future by helping us get it right the first time.
I had the priviledge of working with Julie as she was my realtor's first choice for preparing our home for sale. All of her suggestions resulted in beautiful listing pictures, but more importantly, were realistic and achievable. She never once told me that something \had\ to be done, but rather, she guided me room by room on how to achieve the most pleasing results while at the same time, realizing that we still had to be able to live comfortably in our home throughout the selling process. It was great experience working with Julie. She took her time going through the house and followed up. I emailed her couple of times for suggestions which she gladly responded. I like that she worked with existing furniture and decor and I didn't have to purchase or rent anything. I sold my house over asking within one week. I would definitely recommend her if anyone looking for staging their house.
