I bought myself flowers to cheer up my home office and these really did the trick. Bright and cheery, these flowers are showing no sign of wilting or drooping after 3 days. I’m really pleased, and thinking this might need to be a weekly thing! I wonder if I can expense it... :)
The delivery driver was amazing for he followed the specific directions I gave on the KW flowers website. My sister lives at a hidden property address so I had to give clear directions. Hello KW Flowers, I hope your day is going well. This was my first time ordering flowers from you. My best friend just received her flowers. She was very honest with me that while the flowers and balloon were beautiful, they did not arrive with the best care or concern. The delivery man laid her vase/flowers on its side, when left on her porch. This made the water pour out of the vase, the note from me was completely soaked and some of the flowers had to be rearranged. Her and her husband had to clean the mess up, which just is not the experience I wanted her to have on her birthday. I am disappointed in this experience. I wanted to let you know this, so this experience will not happen to future customers. I really wanted this to be a special experience. I understand these things can happen, but it is very unfortunate. I hope you can let your delivery team know about this experience. Have a good rest of your day.
