I have been blown away by Knead a Break with its awareness of community and focus on family care. I have received massage treatments from a couple therapists, including the owner Tara, and can't thank them enough for their ability to calm my mind while addressing my physical aches and pain AND caring for my son in childminding!! I recently received an osteopathic treatment from their new Student Osteopath and was surprised by how effective it was. He worked on a rotation in my pelvis and I could feel the shift in my balance when I got up off the table - definitely worth a try! I am looking forward to many more treatments and time spent at Knead a Break : )

I had a massage session here for the first time this evening, it was with Tara. I chose Knead a Break due to the availability of evening appointments, as it was hard to get in with my previous RMT in the evenings. Tara was very welcoming, and made sure to know what I wanted her to focus on. Will definitely be back!
I go for Bowen Therapy. It is the only thing that works for me. Yuliana is amazing. She is very kind and knowledgeable. Give it a try if you're in pain or have any issues that aren't being helped by "standard" treatments.
As a long time client i must say these girls really help. I honestly feel as though my life has been lifted up on a positive plane. Its awesome that they also offer child care services to help out us busy parents. Thanks ladies you all rock!
It's so great to have a business like this in our region that respects moms enough to welcome their kids. I so often feel like my kids aren't welcome places and since I don't have childcare it puts me in a difficult position sometimes. The clinic space is excellent and Tara has put together a fantastic group of practitioners. I've seen two RMTs and the osteopath and I can't wait to go back. KW is lucky to have Tara and the Knead A Break team!
I tried an Indian head massage. It was a very relaxing experience and definitely helped with my sore shoulders. The therapist was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Would recommend to a friend.

I always have a great experience here! It's a great environment and the direct billing is super convenient! The RMT does a great job at addressing my need and focuses my treatment on where I need it most. I'd never go anywhere else.
