Absolutely amazing! Sensei is an amazing teacher! My son is learning so much. Sensei is very patient with helping out all the students and helping them understand. My son has calmed down and listened so much better since starting!! Thank you!!

Looking for a place to get fit, have fun, and learn some killer moves? Well, I would highly recommend you first check out Kitchener Karate Academy. This Academy features sections from ages 4 and above on Mondays to Saturdays. The instructor, Sensei Philip, is one of the best instructors that I know of. Sensei Phil teaches karate in simple yet highly understandable ways. Sensei Philip himself has gone to numerous tournaments (earning back many trophies) and has real life experience in karate. I only hope that the dojo area could be regularly cleaned and swept.
We have just discovered this place recently. Kitchener Karate Academy is an awesome place for kids to have some fun and learn something as well. The Instructor Sensei Philip is very nice and friendly. He makes the kids feel at home. He cares about every individual one so no one feels left out. The kids seem happy around him. The place is also very clean and organized. I wish I had known about it long ago. I would recommend this place 100%.
Thank you so much Sensei Phil for providing our son a fun, energetic and happy environment for him to learn Karate. He loves going every week and we know he is in good hands. I love that he takes time to get to know his students and my son doesn’t feel like just another number. I would recommend this gym and program. Anyone who can get a little kids to do strength/core training (push-ups, crunches, and leg raises) without a whine and get them enjoying it deserves a medal.
I have been bringing my son to the Kitchener Karate Academy for about two years now. This place is awesome. Sensei Philip is dedicated and friendly. He is a great leader for the kids. My son cannot wait to go to class next. Highly recommended!
