Absolutely loved our stay here. Front desk was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location close to shopping, restaurants, and Costco. The lobby and dining area have been recently updated. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. What I loved about this hotel was the attention to detail like really nice soaps, lotions, and makeup remover towelette for my wife. The breakfast was very good, and the price for our stay was excellent. If I ever visit Kitchener again, this is where I'll stay.
Horrible customer service. All I wanted to do was to take a hot shower before bed after a long day. The “princess” working the front desk in the evening shamelessly refused to bring a towel to my room because apparently she wasn’t allowed to leave the front desk. As if bringing a towel upstairs was gonna take her 30 minutes? I had to come downstairs in my robe to get the towel from her. Also the walls and insulation in this hotel are paper thin, it feels as if other guests were talking or watching TV right in your room. Never again!
Front desk lady was rude, had an attitude from the moment she answered the phone. Said “ well I guess” with so much attitude I could probably have hard it back it 200 when asked if I could park my trailer there and it not be towed. -9/10 experience with her, maybe she should get some more client service training. You can 100% stay somewhere better than here.

My rating had nothing to do with the credit card issue but thank you for publicly putting that out there. It had a lot to do with the noise that kept me up most of the night. I think that when one asks to have guests be told to be quiet it should be checked on and repeated. And I honestly just did not find the place that great.
Awesome Place to live. I lived with my family at four different places in different cities with almost same price tag. The nearest one to this was 5/10 if it is 10/10. Room, cleanliness, ergonomics, breakfast, service all were 5 star. If visited the junction of Kitchener, waterloo and Cambridge will definitely stay here.
