I deeply regret moving here. A year ago neighbors with a dog moved in. It is neglected and constantly barking. I have politely asked the superintendents to ensure it is taken care of but they have done nothing. Even though landlords can be liable under the Provincial Animal Welfare Services (PAWS) Act. I am now working with bylaw enforcement. Avoid moving here.

Constant construction with no compensation. Been there for 4 years and 3 out of the four years there has been major construction but then they forget about the rest of the building. No building maintenance doors falling off the hinges, door stops falling off the doors. Ceilings and walls falling apart with very minor repairs to them if anything. False promises of work they say is going to be done at a certain time and takes years to get done. Light out the back of buliding took two years to get done. A door from parking garage has not been accessible for years claiming they are getting a new one over a year ago. Cars always getting broken into. There are a lot better places out there
After living there for years, we had to move because of an issue with cigarette smoke in public areas and people throwing lit cigarettes off their balcony. A lit cigarette landed on our dog and someone ashed their cigarette on my baby's head. The people in the office are are lazy and didn't do anything about it until we complained to their boss. Even then, it was a weak attempt at solving the issue which was never fully dealt with. The former building manager was amazing but the 2 people there now are rude and don't care about the residents.

If you like disrespectful people and loud noises then this is the place for you !!!!!stay away spend your hard earned money else were nosie 24/7 even after midnight if you have a job it's especially horrible don't expect too get too bed at a decent time and the cleanliness is non existent not too mention constant construction all around a horrible experience
