Extremely BAD service, Ive been chasing MR.ROB ROTTEVEEL to get a quote for almost 4 weeks,and finally didnt get any response from him. I even visited him at his office and he promised to come back to me the next day and thats it ... i called him after 2 and 3 and 4 days but he didn’t even bother to return my call !!!!! Been waiting forever ...!! Very professional ..!!!!! Huge waste of time to work with them,(to work with him to be more exact) .... hopefully the owner will let him know how bad he is ...!!!!!!! highly NOT recommended
We got a policy started and noticed it was more than double the price we had agreed upon without notifying me! Absolutely poor service! No matter how often you call or email Rob never gets you the information you need.I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Loyal customer for 15 years. Missed one payment in the entire 15 years due to a banking error and they dropped me. Basically blackballing me in the insurance world. Only a few companies would even deal with me because of this at an insane rate. Avoid this company at all costs
