I was just cut off by a white pick up truck, tinted windows. Most likely a manager or owner. He was speeding along, saw his Homer exit, and come very close in front of me, just to get off at Homer Watson exit I read the reviews and sure enough, you're notorious for this Smarten up. Be courtious and stop thinking you're more important than everyone else.

We decided to add an additional 700 sq ft of living space to our 35 year old Beechwood home in Waterloo. My husband designed the addition and Jackman made his vision come to life. It was a big job with lots of excavation work, intricate brick work, lots of massive windows, and careful attention to foundations. Every detail was considered carefully and professionally. The team at Jackman took all of our design ideas into consideration and made us feel like valued clients. The result is stunning and has really increased our enjoyment of the family room and basement recreation room. We would not hesitate to recommend Jackman to anyone looking to do a major or minor renovation.

We had the pleasure of working with Nathan on a main floor ( bathroom) update. We bought a home that was built in the 60's and it was a time-capsule. The main floor was compartmentalized, so we wanted to open it up to create a modern layout. Pretty much a complete gutting, down to the studs, then re-build. We were on a strict budget, and managed to work creatively with Nathan to find areas we could work on, while his team handled the larger tasks. In the end we had everything finished on time, and ... ON BUDGET! Yes, you read that correct. Nathan, our main point of contact, maintained complete transparency with costs from day one through completion. We certainly appreciated that as we didn't have much wiggle room. We're thankful for the positive experience we had, and look forward to working with Jackman on any future projects :)

Edit: Eric from Jackman Construction got in touch with me. I sent him the details of the incident along with a relevant image. He assured me that the driver will be dealt with accordingly. I appreciate his and the company's action regarding this complaint and it has swayed my initial opinion. Please teach your driver how to drive or at least check his driving record before you hire him. He was following very closely, weaving through traffic and then he almost hit me when cutting across in front of me. It was dark, it was icy, it was slippery. Just because he drives a pick up truck does not mean that he owns the road. He continued with this reckless and aggressive driving for some time and I have caught his behavior in my dash cam. You can be sure that I will forward it to the appropriate authorities. If this is the care your driver takes when driving I wonder if that same lack of care extends to your company's other activities.

They advertise superintendent position requested an interview which I drove three hours for only to find out later that there was no position available. I’ve been in this business for 30 years I have never seen anything like it .
