I have visited this location a few times and enjoyed it every bit. Before COVID, they had plenty of areas to sit down and enjoy reading and it is so sad that you only go in, go straight to a specific section, buy what you were planning to buy and leave as fast as possible. I used to love spending my time looking at their new books section, electronics section, cookbooks, home, fashion and kids section; or, sit down at Starbucks next to it and enjoy my coffee.

Great store, fantastic location. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of amazing things to see here. I love shopping for gifts for friends and family, there's something for everyone. They have a few cozy little nooks about the store you can relax in and preview a book. Kids section is smaller than some stores, but has it all somehow nonetheless. Kids section had its own separate entrance from outside as well. As always, there is a Starbucks to top it all off.

My 18 month old and I had a “washroom” emergency and even though the washrooms were closed Susan let us use them. She walked us to them, and stayed near so that when we were finished she could clean and sanitize them right after. She was so compassionate and helpful. We will always come to this location for this reason. She made us feel like we mattered and weren’t just “another” customer.

Store is very clean and inviting. Friendly staff with easy parking access. The downside for me are the prices of the books. They are cheaper if you buy them from Indigo's own website than if you buy them instore. Can't really wrap my head around the excuse for that. That may be why a large percentage of the bookstore's square footage is devoted not to books, but rather to candles and blankets.

The best, the best store in Canada so far! It is clean, large, nice decorated and has everything organized! It is a pleasure to be inside. Staff very helpful... looking for a book that they did not have in store. She ordered for me to come pick it up in the store. Large selection of books and gifts there is a kids section, just beautiful! Next door is Starbucks so you can read a magazine while having your favorite drink it is a must visit!
