The first time I called I got a rude, unhelpful young woman, who knew nothing. She told me it was my job to tell her what I needed. I called to inquire about what product to use because we were refinishing our hardwood and were not sure what product to purchase. Someone I know recommended their products so I decided to call the Guelph location and see if I could talk to someone else. Thankfully, I talked to a young gentlemen who was able to answer all my questions and recommend the right product. I then called the Kitchener location back to make my order and talked to a different person who was very helpful. So I'm glad I called multiple times because customer service was great after I ignored the first. I get people have bad days but people call paint stores for help so if you are not willing to provide customer service find another job.

These 5 stars are purely for Brent who works at the Kitchener location. I’ve made a few phone orders with him and he’s always been friendly but his customer service during my in-store colour matching appointment was exceptional. Brent is incredibly patient and helpful and I would highly recommend booking appointments with him if you require assistance!
I’ve been a professional painter for a decade and this shop takes the award for THE WORST shop I’ve been to. The worst customer service I have experienced. Rude and insulting staff, especially Sarah. It’s almost like she tries to be as rude and unpleasant as she can. They have constantly screwed up my orders and when I tried to talk to with the owner Joan she seemed none to concerned with her staff treating their customers this way or the lack of professionalism they put forth. My company spends a lot of money on materials every year and because of this lack of professionalism and rudeness from Sarah I will not spend any more of my customers money there. I recommend you do the same. If I could give this place a zero star rating, I would.
I can understand Covid restrictions - but this location has mastered the art of customer dissatisfaction. I will be pleased to hear this location closes due to lack of business - customers find a new location. Let them FAIL.
