Amazing store. Beautiful aesthetic and extremely knowledgeable staff. The staff know their stuff! I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I would HIGHLY recommend checking out Groovy Shoes!

Ordered a Nike shoe on April 07 2020, was expecting delivery of the shoe on April 20th, but until today have not received it! Emailed them twice with very generic responses of a Canada Post tracking number and that the order was sent out on their end. Even visited the store in person to seek further assistance back at the beginning of July and was given the same answer. Filed a complaint with Canada Post for the tracking and was told the Seller needs to do it on their end so as to make a formal inquiry and if the package is not found, Canada Post would refund the seller who in turn needs to refund me. Groovy shoes as the seller refused to do this on their end. So I am short 145 and the shoe I wanted! Sorry Groovy but you've lost a long time customer!

Excellent customer Service! Matt was awesome and helped chose my son's favourite Christmas gift! And gladly exchanged them for a better size. I would recommend this store for high end shoes and even better customer contact.

Couldnt find what i wanted at footlocker, and then after a short walk found this gem in Fairview mall. It's a very modern minimalistic setup, With amazing shoes from many brands. Was helped by Justin, a young guy who obviously knew shoes. Had a great interaction with him and he was beyond helpful and personable. Perfect customer service and personality to boot... I'll be back to see you next time. Thanks again bro

This is a small groovy store, compared with the one in Toronto. But you can find many brands that also included onitsuka tiger.
