Poor.. The worst customer service ever! I've been on the phone for weeks trying to replace my phone with insurance that I pay for for accidental damage. I had to pay an extrsv200 dollars to get a brand new one and have been waiting for over two months. Sending me the wrong phone model ( much cheaper) and just always one issue after the other. Now my phone is not in stock and they send me a gift card to pick it up from one of the locations near me . Now the gift card is 500 dollars short. I payed up front 2234 dollars. I payed 200 dollars to get my replacement that I pay for monthly in my agreement with geek squad...and now I'm on hold again and Noone is getting back to me. Representatives gave wrong name and hung up on me numerous times and none NOONE is getting back to me . The supervisor told me he would look into it and get back to me.. Nothing. I was literally crying the phone and couldn't believe noone wants to fix this issue... One of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. They have a hold on my credit cart for another 2000 dollars the whole time. So basically 2234 plus 200 plus another 2000 dollar hold on my credit for my damaged phone until they receive it back. Almost 5000 dollars and I'm sitting here with a broken phone unable to work for over 2 months. Please share this review cause this just isn't cool anymore !!!¹

So I went in here because the SSD I was trying to install in my PC didn't have a screw to secure it. The guy informed me they didn't sell hardware but he asked me to hold on, so I waited and he came out with the single screw I needed. I asked him if I owed anything but because of the circumstances not to worry about it, absolutely champion I wish I got his name because that's how customer service is done. Thank you very kindly, I am in the market for a GPU and I know where I'll be going to get it, great job.
This company is full of Scammers! Never seen a company like this before. DO NOT GO WITH THEM. LIES LIES over LIES.
The one near fairway, the staff is really rude, i went to them thrice and still my pc was not repaired. First they gave me one which was faulty and then they were rude. It was a terrible experience.
I needed a quick question answered and called in to fairway Best Buy . No option for customer service ?? No option for Geek Squad . I called from 8:30 until 8:50 9 times and tried every option and a person did not answer once . I’m in there often and always 20 employees wandering around . But everyone must have been to busy to answer my call ... when paid commission sales people fight over calls but they are paid hourly so same pay answer or not .
I am not happy Geek Squad service places dont attack my computer it is slow now after stop your service
