I was having an issue with my smart watch and went into the store today. Julie and another employee(can’t remember her name) literally worked for an hour on it and now it works like a charm. I highly recommend this location. :)

I am always more than happy with the staff at Fossil at Fairview mall Kitchener. They are always so helpful and go over and above to help!!!
Walked in to purchase 2 watches for birthday gifts. Was in there for about 10 mins and nobody offered to assist. Super annoying. There was 1 cashier helping a very upset customer trying to get a refund. Too bad.
Good store with the good deals. Only downside is you often have to wait in line to get into the store during COVID. The store capacity is very low but there are so many staff on hand that that half the capacity is allocated to staff.
I visited this store with my son. He came in to trade in a Fossil watch he had purchased on Amazon that was malfunctioning. The team at the store were extremely helpful and assisted him in acquiring a replacement with no hassle..... I will definitely be back.... Good customer service is not an easy to find commodity these days.....
A friend of mine and i went to the kitchener location to purchase a watch for my birthday gift. Surprisingly my friend also wanted the same watch and asked if they had any of the Juliana Gen 5 watches avaliable. The manager, Julie, pulled out three watches with the same rhinestone faces, however, all different bands. Julie was so helpful and amazing, she made shift an entirely new ban for my friend. We ended up with two watches with everything we asked for. The customer service was bang on. Very welcoming, helpful people. Thank you again to this team for helping my friend and i with our purchases. Hope you liked the chocolates and bubble tea
