After 5 major leaks in our brand new building, a flood was next. The water damage was overwhelming and heart breaking. Aside from the many hardships we faced with the lack of construction care, there was one company who kept us afloat (no pun intended). Mike and his crew from First on Site here in Kitchener were the glimmer of hope that we needed. They were incredibly fast, detail oriented and above all, they cared. Thank you doesn't cut it. We appreciate the hard word through this nightmare.
We had a flood emergency and they were here the same day to assess and contain the damage, then followed up with repairs as soon as the insurance company allowed it. Mike and James managed the project very well, Barry did excellent repair work. Overall we were very pleased with their work and professionalism, can't thank them enough. 2 years ago, almost to this very day, my family and I experienced a life altering event. One that we hope to NEVER go through again. Our entire house burnt to the ground, we lost everything, including the life of a close friend who was living with us at the time. The team from FOS was there from day 1. The first team member we met with was less than 24 hours after all this happened. He was kind, sympathetic but very real all at the same time and it was exactly what we needed from him. Over the 2 years that followed from day 1 right up to the last day we were told we could move back in, everyone at FOS was always there for us. Any questions we had were answered quickly and there was always honesty and trust. The workmanship on our brand new house went beyond our expectations and after going through what we had to endure over the past 2 years we couldn't be happier to be back in our beautiful house again. If you need any sort of restoration done, FOS are the ones you want to go with. You can trust them and all the people/trades they work with. THANK YOU EVERYONE who helped my family and I threw these past 2 years. We are forever grateful to you all and are so thankful for you getting us back to our new normal.
