My company, Liz Kotsamanes Designs, did a styled shoot hosted by Karima from Event Depot, at Nithridge Estate Weddings and Events in Ayr, Ontario. The shoot was extremely organized with well-organized shooting schedules, menus, and photography details provided for all 30 vendors that participated. The shoot ran very smoothly, and provided us with an incredible experience, and some truly beautiful photos from the event. She even made sure that we had delectable food to eat in-between shooting! She took care of our every need while we were there, for more than 10 hours that day. I highly recommend the Event Depot team to coordinate your special day. Their professionalism is top notch, and you couldn't ask for a kinder, more efficient planner than Karima! She is truly a pleasure to work with, and I look forward to working with her and her team again!

I have been to the annual Taste of the Region event that is hosted by Karima and her Event Depot team. There are so many components to this fundraiser. Their team executed each one very skillfully. They are incredibly organized and managed to raise a lot of funds for various local charities. I highly recommend Karima and the Event Depot team for event planning any fuction and for thier exceptional hospitality service.
I am a wedding coordinator who had the pleasure of hiring & working with Event Depot staff for a large tented wedding on a private property this summer. The staff came dressed appropriately with smiling faces and ready to work. They were friendly to all guests & vendors and took my direction well, especially for setting up the cocktail hour food table. I was impressed with their flexibility when we had some indecent weather and things ran a bit longer than originally scheduled. They had no problem staying for an additional 30 minutes to ensure that I wasn't left in a lurch with additional cleanup. The father of the bride came to me at the end of the evening and thanked me for hiring such professional serving staff. So I wanted to pass on his thanks and mine to the team! Great job Jason, Joe, Fred, Janet & Karima.
