10/10, absolutely wonderful service and experience. Literally nowhere and nobody was available to cut keys. After finding this service, I was able to get two keys cut in the matter of minutes. I can finally lock my doors now! not only that, the conversation was delightful, super kind helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this service to anybody and everybody, especially if you need to get things done and are on a time crunch. Amazing prices, excellent service, keys that do what keys are meant to do. What more could ya want? I would add more stars if I could haha (: hope this review helps somebody find their key related solution !

I'm an idiot. I locked myself out of the car and Eli rescued me! Yay!
Eli did a lot for me today. He helped me install my smart lock with my drill because his 5 drill batteries were all dead. But install was smooth and the lock works perfectly. I will for sure use him again.
I'm the manager at the 655 Erb St W Tokyo Smoke Waterloo Commons location, during my time in the store today I got locked out of my office. After calling multiple locksmiths in the area and hearing wait times of upwards 1 hour with extremely high rates, I was very discouraged and left extremely frantic. Finally I found EA Locksmith and gave them a call to explain my situation and the urgency to enter my office. The serviceman dropped what he was doing to attend to my call which took no more then 15 minutes to arrive on site. When he arrived he was very friendly and assured me he would be able to help which gave me peace of mind. The job took no longer than 10 minutes and he charged me the base rate even though once he arrived he saw my lock was more advanced then previously discussed. Other companies were trying to charge me double the price, EA Locksmith Inc. saved the day! Highly recommend!

EA locksmith arrived and was perfectly equipped to do a very difficult lock job within 15 minutes! Everyone else I called said the morning was the earliest they could do.
