She was extremely rude and most unprofessional unknowledgeable doctor I have ever met. She even doesn't know simplest things. I have never seen a doctor searching the net for the usage of the most common drug like spironolactone , in front of the patient . She never listen to you, she asked me 4 times about my age, and I said 34 , finally she told me these hight level hormones is normal for a twenty-four year old woman. 24 ????? .It was a nightmare.

The only nice thing about my experience at this office was the pleasant and professional receptionist. Dr Zamel, on the other hand, was dismissive and thoroughly unhelpful. She asked very little about me, only wanted yes/no answers, interrupted me pretty much anytime I spoke, and offered no insights into my condition (which my family dr had already diagnosed). When she asked if I had any questions I knew there was actually no point in asking them. She doesn’t care, had no interest in treating me, and lacked any empathy. The dingy office and running 30 mins late only added to the unpleasantness of the entire experience. Don’t waste your time here.
Met Dr.Zamel today. Waited 30 min past my appointment time. This was not a problem because when I finally saw her she was attentive and very thorough!! Worth the wait in my opinion! She was pleasant and professional. Her receptionist was also very pleasant and very helpful. Happy they provided a tokens for parking at the cost of 2.00... very reasonable. Will gladly see her again in 3 months!
Was quick to give me an appointment. We arrived 15 minutes early. Fifteen minutes after my scheduled appointment, she took the person in front of me in. It appeared that it would be at least a minimum of another half hour before I would be called in. Totally unacceptable for what she is doing. If she had emergency surgery or had to deliver a baby, I could understand. But inefficiency in booking makes me wonder how good she is at her job. The condition of her office, very cramped and dingy also makes me think.... if she doesn't seem care for the property, does she really care about me? They said they would give me a parking token. They did, for 2.00.
I have been seeing her for about two years now and today i have had enough she has horrible bedside manners she doesn’t listen to you she is rude always has her winter coat on I asked to have blood work done to check my vitamin as thyroid impacts your vitamin and she looked at me like i was stupid I’m done and will be finding a new doctor to help me
