My girlfriend has been seeing him for over a year she was in a accident 2 years ago and needed opioids for her pain and help with psych in the past few weeks she had to see him 3 times about filling out the same forms after the third time she got a little frustrated and told him exactly what to fill out as her lawyers asked she even brought all the paperwork to prove what she needed was true after giving him the papers and telling him what he needs he told her to find a new doc also having him for over a year he does not ever remember her even asking of I'm the patient even thought I'm not with his practice also the past year she was unable to see a clinic as it would get her delisted as a client she must only go to a emergency room if she needs even though we live across the street from a clinic he does not fill out travel documents and makes you pay for every thing possible he's all about the paycheck I would not recommend him as a doc
