My mother, Victoria, recently had ear surgery performed by Dr, Hafidh. I can only say that he did an amazing job to my mother and at the end she no longer need using hearing aid! Prior to having the surgery performed by Dr. Hafidh, my mother went to few other doctors that unfortunately declined performing any surgical intervention on behalf of her. However, through one for his peers he was recommended to my mother. At the end, as mentioned above Dr. Hafidh decided to perform surgery on her and we can freely say that this was a life changing decision. We are highly recommending Dr. Hafidh to anyone in need of a great specialist. Thank you from the depth of our hearts Dr. Hafidh for your excellent service!
Dr. Hafidh is a very kind and compassionate man. He is extremely thorough and professional. His new staff , her name is Mailou is the best , she will go above and beyond to address any need that you have from his clinic . I would highly recommend Dr. Hafidh for any sort of procedure
I was referred to Dr. Hafidh by my family doctor for my tonsil issues back in February. From the first appointment I went to, something didn’t seem right. Not only did I wait for over an hour at my first appointment as he was running late to see other patients but he wasn’t very thorough in my opinion. On the second appointment, I again waited for over an hour and by the time an hour was up I couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave to go back to work, so all that time sitting there waisted and had to rebook. I was then booked a surgery date and less than 24 hour notice I was left a voicemail saying that my surgery had been cancelled. I am a business owner and I had to book off a full week of work as Dr. Hafidh had advised me to do and then to be cancelled was so unprofessional in my opinion. I’ve lost a full weeks income because of his cancellation and no explanation. I called the office today requesting to not move forward with the surgery altogether and let his receptionist know how unprofessional this was and to be removed as a patient. I no longer have time to waste with such an unprofessional doctor. Perhaps he thinks his time is more valuable than other people’s time but it’s not. In the end I would say my experience was not pleasant and I would not recommend him to anyone.
This was the most horrible experience. I will never return back here let alone have that doctor preform any type of surgery on my ear!! For the first half of the appointment he argued with me about what pain I did and didn't feel. He hurt my ear more than once and then got argued with me over whether or not it \actually\ hurt. I tried to explain I had very sensitive ears due to all the previous surgeries. He argued that he \sees thousands of ears a day and knows how to be gentle\ I ended up walking out.
