Dr. Haleem really cares for her patients.I've being seeing her since Dr. Segedi retired. She is thorough, spends the time to answer your questions and will make sure you get the best treatment. She is very knowledgable and really listens to your concerns and directs you to the right specialist necessary. She now has a very nice assistant who is respectful and polite and who treats us with a smile and a warm welcome. She is a keeper!! She has helped me with all my medical issues and I trust her completely. A great doctor!!!!

All of our family is under Dr Asima care and we are very happy with her. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a family physician.

Dr Haleem is extremely professional, thorough, and great at her job. The opposite can be said about her receptionist, hence the 3 stars.

My family has been with Dr. Segedi since 2001. Dr. Haleem has been an excellent doctor since taking over the practice when Dr. Segedi retired. But I've struggled to get appointments scheduled, calls returned, prescriptions refilled and forms completed. The receptionist is very evasive and unprofessional. I've waited 2 weeks and left countless messages to get a single form completed and have yet to receive it. Poor customer service if you ask me.

The Doctor is very good, however the receptionist terrible attitude affects the Doctors reputation. The receptionist lied to me about my parents appointment. When I booked it and when I called to reconfirm she told me it was a phone appointment (call from from the Dr between 9:30am - 1pm). At 2pm I called to ask when was the Doctor calling. The receptionist told me it was a walk in appointment at 12pm that my parents missed. SHE NEVER TOLD ME THIS AT ALL!.

Compassionate, thorough, educated and well spoken. Dr. Haleems level of care is fantastic. I’ve never felt rushed through appointments, she takes interest in concerns and answers all questions. Follow ups are prompt and we can generally be seen in a timely manner when needed. Very satisfied with Dr. Haleem as our health care provider. 5 stars!

Well the soft spoken receptionist still works there's so be prepared for that. I was supposed to be contacted for an appointment referral and never was. Good luck getting through on the phone, takes days of calling to get someone to pick up. The Dr. was very professional and easy to talk to, but what I found was that she didn't push me enough.. meaning she asked what I wanted a little too much. If I knew, I wouldn't be asking the advice of the doctor. I would have liked a "I think this is your best option" kind of statement. She also accidentally prescribed a low dose when I didn't want to change. Still takes a while to get in to see her, but I blame the state of our healthcare for having too many patients per doctor for that. Just be ready to be patient when you go...pun not intended.
