I always have high expectations for DoubleTree and this property met them easily. Friendly, efficient and helpful front desk staff. I like Hilton's room sanitization efforts and I felt safe. SUPER comfortable beds. Great location with easy proximity to shopping and the expressway. Would stay again for sure.

The best hotel ever. Excellent reception and her name is Heather. Very friendly. They give you a hit cookie coming from the oven and it is the best cookie I have ever tasted. It tastes like heaven. We will definitely come back again.

This is a former HOLIDAY INN. Google Maps still shows that one but as permanently closed. It's the same building but now running as Hilton. They did extensive renovations when switching brands. Very cozy inside. Good location with grocery stores, shopping centres, Starbucks, restaurants -- all nearby. Easy access from Hwy 8 and 401.
My sister and I really enjoyed our stay in this clean, safe area of the hotel. Heather, front desk employee, was very friendly and she made us feel like home. Keep up the good work. We love the cookies she gave us. The best cookies ever in this whole world. A must try them. It's very close the Fairway Park Mall, highways, and restaurants. We truly are coming back again.
I stayed here for one night in August 2020. Beautiful hotel that is renovated. Great customer service. Clean gym with new equipment. Hotel also offers amenities made by Crab Tree and Evelyn which was nice as its a known quality brand. Only 2 people allowed in elevator due to Covid. Breakfast isn't available to Covid but hotel is offering breakfast to go bags for 6. I would book here again!
Tristen gets 5 stars. Great, efficient service. The place is a completely newly renovated old Holiday Inn.... Great little pool, very good machines in little gym. Room was big, very nice, super clean. Well worth Always a deal to be had through booking.com Highly recommended, all shopping dining needs within minutes walk.
No fans in bathroom. Bathroom stunk when we got there and stunk the entire time there. When asked management for a room with a bathroom fan, he replied no hotels have bathroom fans nowadays. I literally just left two other hotels this week and several in the past 2 months. Absolutely dumbfounded by response. Moreover they charged me 5 per person for, a granola bar an apple and a muffin. These are complimentary items anywhere else for breakfast.
