Diapers n' More is my go-to for Canadian cloth diaper brands. Helen is so helpful in fulling online orders. The items I ordered were not in stock and she offered me an alternative. Turns out the original product was on back order. Helen kept me updated and shipped the items as soon as they were available. I love that there is an option for local pickup. Thank you!

I went in to Diapers and More feeling absolutely unprepared but determined I am going to do cloth diapers. The owner's niece helped me for over an hour. She was so patient and knowledgeable, she even carried my purchases out for me. I left the store with everything I need to make cloth diapering easy, as well as many other items I will need in the first weeks. But most importantly I left feeling well cared for and much more confident.
Very knowledgeable and helpful owner! She always answers my questions but gives me plenty of time and space to look around. I'm always able to find what I'm looking for. We're lucky to have such a great local business.
If you're looking for a store that provides high-quality baby products as well as excellent customer service, this is the place to go! The store owner goes above and beyond to make sure her customers leave satisfied. While it is small in size, it has an incredible selection of feeding, safety, clothing, diapering, laundry and baby wearing products. All of these products have one thing in common: the are all extremely well made. It is obvious the owner went through a painstakingly long research process in order to provide the best-quality products to her customers. I walked into this store a few months ago looking for a newly discontinued product: Bummis Super Lite diaper covers. While she did not have the size I was looking for, the owner promptly called her contact at Bummis to see if it was possible to order more. After looking through their warehouse, and further communication with the store owner, I ended up getting the last four in Canada. Talk about customer service! I was extremely satisfied with my experiences at this store and will be creating my baby registry here now that baby number 2 is on the way.
Great store for all baby items that are well made and save the planet, cloth diapers are the way to go the staff here are excellent and I recommend them for all your go green baby products, can't say enough good things.
