Their staff is efficient and informative. In store or over the call, they will answer all your questions nicely. I like the variety of tea they carry. Their tea is effective as well. I recently purchased tea for cold and flu and it worked well.
Great selection and super friendly service. I enjoy the samples as I rarely get out of my comfort zone! I find the staff enthusiastic and approachable. Help is always right there when you need it and they don’t make you feel like you’re bothering them. I enjoy this location the most. Thanks for the great tea!

I had a really complicated return for an overcharge at another store. The staff here were amazing and very accommodating! Super knowledgeable and offered us drinks to makeup for the wait. Great location! The manager should be super proud of their great staff.

Love it, I am a regular customer. Try the mango and pineapple smoothie bubble tea. It's so refreshing.
Customer service was horrendous. Cashier seemed annoyed while taking my drink order. I asked the barista if she could add a Splenda in the tea as I forgot to tell the cashier. She completely ignored me. Never indicated which drink was mine until I asked. My sister’s order was made wrong.
