We signed a contract with D2L (Brightspace) almost a year ago. This learning platform is just a money stolen scam. The training that they provide is not working as they just provide introduction of what they can do for you at extremely overprice investment (No intensions of training anyone). If you are looking to sign a contract with them read very carefully all the details because later they will start changing and asking for more money. Example, if they provide 1000 users and they said that if you deactivate won’t exceed the number, it is not true. You have to delete completely to receive your money back. Support has a very high turnover of employment entire team assigned to you can disappear at any time then you need to start chancing to see who can help you. Platform by the sales presentation is very appealing but in the reality it doesn’t work. Staff trying to show that they are helpful scheduling non-sense meetings that never accomplished anything and when you decided to finish the contract they are very rude and threat you with every single line of the contract to intimidate you to continue. Very persuasive sales people presenting something that it doesn’t work. If I can go back in time I will never sign that contract. THIS COMPANY STOLE FROM ME AND I DIDN’T SEE NO RESULTS FOR INSTANCE NO RETURN OF THE BIG INVESTMENT Now I have been harassed by unprofessional company to ask for more money and forcing me to continue. Obviously a scam.
