If I could give more stars, I would. Dave Jenkins came to our house a few weeks ago and walked us through the whole process on getting a water softener and a water filter system installed. He was such a pleasure to deal with and has made follow up calls to make sure we are happy. He was true to his word - no hidden costs, no extra stuff happened during installation that he hadn't covered. And, when he said the water was going to taste like Aquafina, he wasn't lying! The two men that came to install were also a delight. The whole experience has been wonderful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dave or Culligan water to any friends or family with 100% confidence of what kind of experience they will have.
We had a great experience from start to finish with Culligan (Kitchener)! Dave our sales representative was on time, and found a solution to our needs which was incredible considering we have such limited space. He thought outside the box unlike the other vendors we had come to the house to give us estimates aka told us it could not be done, or they came up with expensive solutions. Our service technician Dan P. was fantastic! He was able to install our water softener and filtration system within an hour. He was on time, professional, cleaned up after himself, and showed great patience with me when asking questions on how the systems worked. The only reason I gave 4 stars is due to the fact that I would have enjoyed the sales or service representative concluding the transaction with a water test after the installation to show us the difference between what was, and is. I would have liked the visual assurance that our water filtration system is actually filtering the water we are drinking in our home. I did ask and was told that it wasn't something you did. Might be a good idea to start doing this for your customers so they can see the difference. Keep up the great work!
Water softener product purchased was quality built and performs as advertised. I found the sales person extremely knowledgable and helpful. Installation tech was friendly, on time and carefully explained the operations of the softener.
I don't even have words to describe how amazing Dave from Culligan was with us. He helped us so much, and was just overall awesome to work with in getting us setup with our Osmosis system. We originally wanted the Osmosis and Water Softener from Culligan, but we got a new build, and the builder made an agreement to have a company (Enercare) installed and the only way to not go with them is to buy out the products (Ridiculous). But Dave gave us so much knowledge on how to deal with them, and we are currently seeing if they can be removed, so we can hopefully purchase the softener from Culligan in future. But Dave helped us get an amazing system, and really worked out getting the best for our family. His attention to detail, and customer service is at a different level, not your ordinary sales rep. He shows that he really does want whats best for your family! Thanks Dave, truly happy and grateful with your help!
