The Venue has absolutely terrible service. The only good work staff here is Jackie. The rest are god awful. Food is okay and the only reason it gets any stars. If you go here, only go to the bar side for great service by Jackie. Avoid the rest.

Great experience there today! I had no clue they served breakfast, but it was wonderful and Erica was an amazing server! Very thoughtful and even chatted with us for a couple minutes about programs and such.

waitress took 15min to take our order because she couldn’t stop socializing with people at another table. employee had to ask her to take our orders because she wasn’t doing her job. after we ordered it took 25min to make loaded fries and a poutine when in the past it took 5-7min. the place is freezing cold and not comfortable. honestly I wanted to leave asap. when I got the food it wasn’t very warm and to top it all off the portion sizes were very small. I wish I went somewhere else because I’m still hungry
