Friendly service and then Minibon was great!
I have tried their six pack three times over the coarse of a year, and for some reason I always find them to be tough or stale. I don’t know why. I love Cinnabon and it’s my favourite treat. However, this location really has disappointed me. One of the people working mentioned that the six pack are made else where in a Waterloo shop and sent to this location; but I can’t be sure of that. All I know is that compared to the shop in square one mall in Mississauga, and the ones in Toronto, this location is not as great. Maybe there isn’t enough traffic so the Cinnabon sit for a couple of days. Please make it better or allow customers to request a six pack with the fresh Cinnabons for the same price. The people/service has always been great.

SO delicious but so expensive. They used to offer coupons but not anymore. Its certainly not something most people can afford like 18 bucks or something for 6.
I just called to ask about the pricing of a 6 pack of cinnabons. The girl answered: Hello. Shouldn't you answer Cinnabon? seems more professional. Girl was rude on the phone, and said you weren't open until 11am. If you aren't open until 11am on Sunday then change your website because it says 9:30a.m!!!
