A transit hub that connects all the GRT buses in the Kitchener Waterloo and Cambridge region. There is also buses to Toronto, Barrie , Hamilton, Guelph, etc. Washrooms and waiting areas are available. There is a cafe as Well as a bar inside the terminal. The GRT customer service center is located inside the terminal. Signboards are maid to show the timings of various buses. But the terminal will be closed from July 24 as GRT is changing the routes.

If you had autorenew for EasyGo, during COVID, the cards were all labeled inactive by the customer service center. The best way to make them active again is: [SELECT CARD] > [SHOW PRODUCTS] > [SELECT MONTHLY PASS] > [CANCEL AUTORELOAD/AUTORENEW] Then go through the process of purchasing it again by going to main menu, selecting your card, clicking add pass/value and making the payment. There are no instructions to do this, basically arrived at it trial and error. It would have save a lot of time if the \inactive\ status of the cards was made automatically active when the emergency period for COVID was over, it would at least save a few jobs for people who were late due to the issue. EDIT: Also the eceipt\ you get when you buy a monthly pass on EasyGo is ot proof of payment\ according to GRT. So you can't use the receipt as proof of payment .... wonder how they will explain that to Canada Revenue Agency for all the seniors claiming the public transit credit using their eceipts\, but illegal or not, there it is.

As far as downtown terminals go it's pretty run of the mill, the people depending on the hours can be alittle rough at times and maybe even slightly dangerous (mainly during the late hours of the night) other than the obvious reasons the staff can be alittle cold to new face. Unfortunately unless you are a regular you might have mediocre to unpleasant experience

Took buses from here quite often. The area feels safe with security all around. The platforms are clearly marked. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a bridge to get from platform to platform, and many benches to sit on while you wait.

Small, but convenient location to find a bus. It is hub for local buses within the city, Go Transit between cities like Toronto and Brampton, and Greyhound buses to other cities or USA.
