I ordered 5 lbs of Arctic Char, a couple lobster tails. One bag of 10/20 scallops and the bag of frozen lobster meat. My order was shipped at about 5pm and was at my door at 10 am the next morning in Welland Ontario. My frozen items still frozen and the fresh Arctic Char ice cold. Thanks Caudle's

On Valentine’s Day we ordered a delicious Valentines dinner. It was super!! We enjoyed the bacon wrapped scallops as an appetizer and then we had 2 beautiful steaks. For dessert we had turtle cheese cake which finished off a wonderful meal. Thanks so much Caudles for putting together such a meal!!!!
Our family always gets excellent service and reasonable prices at Caudle's. The product selection is outstanding, and everything we have purchased over the years is fresh and tasty. Customer service is always great!
[Parking and accessibility] The driveway flows in one direction, and there is plenty of free on-site parking. While the front door is not automatic, the whole store is very mobility friendly with wide enough aisles to navigate easily. [Products] They have such a wide variety of seafood (fresh, frozen, and already cooked) and the quality is excellent. They also have an area where they sell other local products such as Eby Manor milk, baked goods, cheese, and so on. [Service] I found them friendly and attentive. He was willing to check in the back when I didn't see what I was looking for and bring it out for me. They take cash, debit, and credit. Overall, it's the best place to buy seafood in Waterloo Region!
