If you're looking for a great selection of tile, casabella is the perfect place. We were searching for a unique tile for our accent fireplace wall and could not find anything after going to countless tile stores. As soon as we walked into casabella tile, I didn't know where to look as I saw so many unique, beautiful tiles I had not seen anywhere else. Kim and Mary were super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and helped us pick the perfect tile for our accent wall. We could not be happier with how it turned out! Such a great experience and I would highly recommend!

After going to all the big box stores and a couple smaller specialty shops, we ended up at Casabella hunting for a backsplash! It was as if the saleswoman/designer read our minds - she showed us exactly what we were looking for based on a couple photos of our cabinets and countertop. The tile arrived in less than a week and the price was lower than I expected. The staff is all very friendly. 10/10 would shop there again!
We ended up needing a very small number of tiles on very short notice during a bathroom renovation. We called and drove around Kitchener-Waterloo with absolutely no luck. Casabella had exactly the tile we were looking for and filled our order in one day. They were very helpful and we would definitely go back if we had a larger project.

The best tile place in K-W. The selection is equal to that in reputable tile stores in Toronto. It took me forever to decide but I am so happy with my tiles. The owners are amazing ladies and very pleasant to deal with.
