My room has a TV with cable, microwave and 1 queen sized bed for 70. You get what you pay for. Smells and looks clean no complaints. The downside of staying here is no free breakfast, no pool and sketchy characters outside. Not bad for anyone my age (21) but I wouldn't bring my kids here ever.

We arrived from out of town and had booked a room. I got there before one and wanted to check in and they said the room wasn't ready. I said we wont be back here till after 10:30 PM could I get the key. He said no someone will be here when you get back. I paid for the room plus a deposit and never got the key. So we arrived back at the above time. Went in and asked for my key we got it and went to the room. It was freezing so I went back to the office and the guy said turn it off the back on and would start. Beds were not comfortable at all you could feel the springs. Also the sink was outside washroom. Inside the washroom the corners were filthy. The tub was outdated and the shower curtain looked horrible. I definitely will not be staying there again and will pay the higher price for a good comfortable clean place with a breakfast. Place needs major work.
Owners are nice. As long as you keep to yourself here. Great value. Always hot water. Kind cleaning service's. Close to many things here. Great location.
My boyfriend and I were staying two nights in a row and we specifically told the staff that we didn't want to maid to come to our room to clean after the first night but as soon at morning came...the maid knocked at 10am (hour before next day checkin) and we said don't come in cause we were sleeping so she woke us and then unlocked our door anyway and walked in us (we were sleeping naked) and we told her please leave! And she argued she had to clean and we said we don't need that so she left but it happened again another weekend (we told them about but they did nothing ) we didn't sleep naked the next time but she did it again to us. Bad communication.
I tried booking a room over the phone. I gave the weekend and dates I wanted, my credit card information, and was told they didn't give out reservation numbers. Only that I would have to ask for "Sid". I called back the next day asking for a reservation number, as the reservation was in a month. They said that they couldn't find my name in the system. I called back the folllowing day, realizing my credit card had been charged. They said I had booked the rooms for the day I called, not the days I gave. They would not give a refund. At first, I was a little turned off with the reviews cause it honestly sounds like a dump. But I thought I could get over that because it was cheap. Honestly, stay away. Pay the extra 20 bucks and stay somewhere WAY nicer.
Best Value has been renamed the Victoria inn however it is the same owners. This is definitely NOT a family stay type of hotel fyi
Rooms were a decent size for the price, fairly clean and descrete staff
I've stayed at some holes before, but when I stayed here, it set the bar. A stern google review should have changed my plans, but even with Brad Ims strong caution, it still captivated me. I booked...when we arrived, things soon began to take shape. The owner seemed somewhat cautious of our presence. slightly concerning, considering we simply intended to use his lodging services as he was a proprietor of the aforementioned services. It seemed that he was keeping an eye on a series of scantly clad young woman and a sort of "ghetto" looking male individuals . Upon entering the room, it was clear that the "no smoking" policy had been thrown to the wind. This pleased me as I'm a smoker. As the night drew on, my associate and myself set out on the local neighborhood to explore culinary options. We found only discarded automotive parts and drug paraphernalia. so we returned to our lodging and procured delivery of said culinary delights. Around the midnight hour, a knock came at our door. I rushed up quick, as I believed my judgement of the "no smoking" policy was incorrect, I was wrong! Two ladies of the night had made an incorrect judgement and knocked at my door to render services given. Despite careful consideration, I turned them away. My better half did not seem to share in my enthusiasm. The night went on without incident, and the next evening we made the most of the situation and went about drinking vast quantities of liquor out on the provided picnic furniture and watching the "ghetto" gentlemen assessing the quality of the woman and engaging in similar actions to ourselves. In conclusion, this could either be the best, or the worst lodging you have ever attended. Only you can be the judge.....
