Best customer service I’ve experienced in recent memory. Sevag was extremely helpful and the 8mm vinyl flooring we installed was not only very affordable but looks and feels great too. Other flooring was either very expensive by comparison or was of cheap quality. Sevag also helped find a solution to the 3/4” drop from the kitchen tile to the new floor. A great experience overall.
My partner and I came here looking for a specific hardwood flooring for our new home. We had been struggling to find anywhere that had what we wanted in stock. What luck that we stumbled upon Brampton hardwood floors! Sevag went above and beyond to help us, calling the warehouse looking for stock and offering alternatives. He was incredibly courteous and hard working. Thank you so much for all of your help, we will be back and recommend you to everyone!
This store and the owner Sevag are liar's and sell terrible products. I had a horrible experience where a client who purchased flooring from them, he over charged them and also didn't want to give them a invoice for the products and installation. He wanted only cash even when a invoice was requested. On top of that he over charges for installation and subcontracts the job and does not pay the companies that he hires to do the work. He will be sued.. Stay away from this store as he sells terrible material. You can find better products elsewhere.
