I absolutely adore Dr. Toews. He’s been my doctor for the past 33 years, and I’m grateful for the exceptional and compassionate care he’s provided for myself, as well as my 5 children.

Although dr Towes is a nice doctor it’s extremely frustrating to make an appointment I’ve been in tears after calling and there is no way to leave a message so you have to keep hanging up calling back for 30 mins who has time for that?sometimes I resorted to going to a walk in clinic and when I told the receptionist that I would like a referral for a fertility clinic she said he would have to call me back and I’m just imagining the night mare of phone tag so I said I’d have to go to a walk in clinic if I can’t get a hold of him. She was extremely rude to me with a harsh tone telling me it’s not an emergency and it would be in appropriate of me to go. I explained to her that it was important to me and she threatened that the on call drs would take me off there roster! I’m like what am I supposed to do when I can’t get a hold of you???? And furthermore the fertility clinic said I could go to a walk in when I explained I couldn’t get a hold of my dr?im extremely hurt by the way I was treated
I cannot imagine there being another physician and support staff who are as kind, caring, and accommodating as these folks. Dr. Tom Boyrs (senior) is truly is one of a kind. My wife and I are thankful for his attention to detail with our family. Dr. Boyrs and his team have ALWAYS made room for urgent visits for us and our children and he is also part of a team of on-call doctors that has helped us on those few times when we've needed it outside of regular office hours. If I could give 10 stars I would! PS. I know that his son now also takes patients at this office (under the name Dr. Boyrs as well) ... he seems very nice as well ... but I've not had many interactions with him.
I have been going to see Dr Borys since I was born. He and his son are exceptional at their profession, making you feel comfortable, and I always feel like I matter here.
this doctor is in the same office as my doctor, sharing the same office and secretary etc. they never answer their phone to schedule an appointment. I also keep fainting randomly, its very painful and definitely concerning, i told dr toews and apparently dr toews (my doctor) doesn't think i require more testing. he doesn't explain things to me or answer my questions and concerns when i go, he gives me a paper and gets rid of me every time, i leave just as sick and clueless as i was when i got there. in addition i got seizures as a child, i feel like random fainting is something that should be tested especially when there is a history of seizures. i am very unhappy that you guys wont even answer your phone so i can get my medical records and go to a new doctor.
