Such nice staff! Best subs! I don't know anywhere that uses real fresh sliced deli meats and such an abundance! Great amount of toppings. Amazing fresh buns! Truly a great experience. We will be back!

Such a great sandwich restaurant. Quality is better than you'd find with Subway/Mr Sub. I've lived in KW my whole life and can't believe it's taken me this long to try Big John's. There vegetarian options are good and doesn't sacrifice taste when you get a meat free sub!
Best Sub place I know of. The variety is stunning and the taste is superb. Been going here for 45 years now. Got three today and they were mind blowing fresh and tasty. I'd drive 20 miles for my Favorite Big Johns. Nobody makes a sub this good. Perfect sub bun too. Not too wimpy that it won't hold the ingredients. I worked in a Sub shop and owned one as well and Big Johns is still my favorite. Super Nice lady as well. Actually gets the order correct..how novel. I wish EVERY other fast food place did. It matters. I want it exactly the way I want it. She does that. It's a talet not an accident. I know, I've done it. Building a sub is an art. A science actually and it matters. I was taught this at my first sub job as a teen by my old boss Nick. He knew. Then later I owned a sub shop. The Big John's store appears clean out front and that mean it's clean in the back. We hope. This also matters ! A lot!! I've seen a few owners since Big John himself was actually there RIP. He was a nice guy and served you a great sub. I'm glad to say they still meet his high standards to this day. All the owners have imo. In those days I believe the store was opened til 2 or 3 am. We would stumble in there and order our faves from John. He put up with a lot of morons at that time of night. That when they are released...lol. We had them too. They sold cigarettes too so he was the go to place to grab smokes when very few stores were 24 hours. I didn't need em but knew folks who did. Always in his whites...or apron at least. I got the idea he like making subs. Because they were so good. We passed a few other sub places to go there and I still do. There is just no other equivalent. Please NEVER stop making them the exact way you do today. Some of us know that's not easy daily. But her it works and I'll be a customer until it stop or I stop....gulp. NOT paid to write this either. Genuine review cuz they deserve it.
Been a long time fan for a very long time (15 years or so). Best subs around and they have the most amazing sub sauce
I don't think enough people know about this joint. Not sure how they make the subs this delicious - but you have to try them at least once.
