Went about a month ago and ordered a burger plain with just cheese, and an extra chicken patty on it. There was no beef patty and only a chicken patty, but I was charged full price. I called and spoke with the manager and he said the next time I come in, I can get that made for free. He took my name and number and assured it would be free next time. Fast forward to tonight. I go to order and the manager on duty tonight said there was nothing she can do and I’m out of luck. Never going to this location again!

Nor Good Not bad but needs little improvement while greeting customers
I spent more money on gas waiting in the drive-thru then I spent on my food and the food wasn't even worth 15! I come to this location often and the service is usually pretty good but my most recent visit was not. To start, when I finally got up to the speaker I was told to wait a second, it took a couple minutes. Then I ordered a uncle burger combo with no pickle and no tomato, I was asked to repeat it 3 times to get it correct and I made sure the order on the screen was right. Another 20 minutes go by and I finally reach the window, the staff takes their time to greet me as they were talking amongst themselves all while my food has been sitting there for who knows how long at this point. The first thing I did was make sure my order was right before leaving the window and sure enough there was a tomato on it. I asked for napkins (there were none in the bag) and the worker just turned and said something to the other worker, then he opens the window and asks again what I just asked for. Finally I got my napkins and I went home. Now I get to eat my cold burger and fries, but I only got a few bites into the burger when I realized it wasn't cooked fully. Annoyed I threw it out and moved to the fries only to find a long hair laying across all the fries. I cut my loses and just threw them out aswell. I don't know when I will be back to this location as there is another location just down the street, worse experience by far.
Today I went to A&W and I have some info to share. I believe this girl is new and in training and her name is Veronica if I’m not mistaken, that poor girl was trying her best and I saw how one of the workers pushed her off doing drive thru, while I was in the car waiting for my food. After that situation she brought my food and she apologized for what happened and I told her to not worry about it, it was not her fault. She is a very nice and polite from what I can tell and the management at the restaurant is very poor from what I’ve experienced.
Sign says open drive thru open 24h, this is the third time I come here and it's closed. If you're not open, change the sign, stop wasting people's time.
