When we first started looking for a home a year ago, Roman consistently sent us all the listings that even slightly fit OUR criteria, which allowed us to pick and choose which ones we wanted to pursue. Then, when we switched to looking for a farm in summer 2020, Roman never skipped a beat and started sending us all the farm listings in our requested area. We looked at multiple different farms and walked a lot of acres, but never once did Roman complain. Then when we finally found our farm in January 2021, he made sure that everything from beginning to end went through smoothly. We would highly recommend Roman to anyone!

Our experience with Dan has been great. We are moving from eastern Ontario so distance and COVID made our search for a new home in Southwestern Ontario challenging to say the least. He was with us from the start of our search over a year ago, trying to find the place that was just what we wanted and needed. He was always positive and supportive and when our home here did sell, and our search for a new home intensified, he understood and helped us through our need to find something that we could be happy with. We both felt he went above and beyond and didn't get frustrated with our changing needs. Working with Dan and Affinity has been great.

Once when I was looking to buy a property and again, when I was ready to sell my property in Kitchener, Ontario. I can assure you that she's courteous, professional yet friendly—is clear and concise in her communication and will not waste your time. She's an excellent realtor who is helpful and wonderful.
