Highly recommended. Great work force. Good aftercare as well. Pete tiler excellent Rob karndean fitter excellent Nick Wayne Matt where excellent as well in fitting kitchen. All kitchen units were out and put in within 3 days. Clearance from old kitchen removed and environmentally taken away. Also the electrician was fantastic came really early so nothing was delayed. In the absence of overseas travel in 2020, we decided to treat ourselves to a new bathroom. Great home visit for the initial design appointment. Fitting took a week and Mark was absolutely fantastic during this time. He has done an amazing job on the shower, bath, tiles and the units. It looks wonderful and we are so pleased with his attention to detail and time taken. It is clear he is very dedicated and extremely talented.
Complete bathroom refurbishment and a new cloakroom built. Good quality and customer service. Andy and team very flexible and helpful. Even coordinated the linked trades such as builder and electrician. From quote to completion 3 weeks!!
Fitted new kitchen. Poor customer service after payment and a lack of project management. The separate parts of the job were not coordinated which meant that the plaster was barely dry enough to paint before the kitchen was fitted. The wrong sink was ordered so I was left without a kitchen sink for nearly 3 weeks even though the new sink was in stock a week earlier but the company prioritised new customer projects above finishing mine. 3 cupboard doors were missing, a faulty cooker hood and a cracked worktop. Sometimes problems happen like this but a good company treats customer problems as a priority. Kitchen design studio do not. I had to chase every problem several times and even go to the showroom to try and get a response as responses to emails and phone calls were extremely slow. It’s a shame the customer service and project management were so poor as the quality of the kitchen is good and the tradesmen all did a great job, especially Jack the fitter who went above and beyond. Never the less I wish I had chosen a different company to fit my kitchen. Would definitely not recommend.
