Failed to come on 2 occasions. No attempt to let me know. Rang for third time, no apology. I just cancelled. There are alternatives, I recommend any rather than this.

Excellent service. I called this morning, the engineer arrived this afternoon, and machine was repaired and running within half an hour. Inexpensive and pleasant. Happy to recommend!
