Such amazing Corsican dishes - if only we had bigger stomachs. This is a fine example of Corsican cooking and grilling. Such memorable and delicious flavours.

Like the name of the restaurant, they focus themselves on pork meat. They have some other dishes on the menu for those who don't like or eat pork. The waiter spoke a little English, but was very friendly and helpful. My medaillon was very good. The salad was a bit simple. Overall a good experience.

I'm a simple man, of simple pleasures. The charcuterie here is spectacular, best I had during a week traveling around Corsica. I made the mistake of ordering the mixed cheese / charcuterie board. The cheese was good too, but I know where my heart lay by the end of the meal. Do not make my same mistake! Other thoughts: Non-meat dishes looked good too, but I didn't have any! So you know where I'm coming from. Service was excellent. Good prices. Nice place to sit and yacht-watch by the port.

Truly fine dining with local products presented in a rustic setting. Both meat and cheeses are sublime and the wine choice is very good. Desserts are also a must try. A positive note also for the staff who were very kind and helpful.
